Lenny has lived in the 3rd Middlesex District in Stow for 17 years.  A homeowner and a parent, he is concerned about the issues that affect us all, quality education and good schools, affordable housing and healthcare, and ensuring a sound economy with job opportunities and a responsible fiscal policy that protects the hard-earned income of our residents.
A native resident of Massachusetts, Lenny Golder grew up in Chelsea.  He is a graduate of Buckingham, Browne & Nichols, Clark University and New England School of Law.

Lenny has experience in both the public and private sector.  After college, he worked as a Social Service Worker, advocating for elderly and low-income people. As a public employee, he was a member of AFSCME, where he had union leadership training.  He was a Director of Finance for the former Department of Public Welfare, in which he managed a 25-member staff of paralegals and clerical workers responsible for collection of revenue.  In the two years he directed the unit, he was able to double revenues.

In 1987, the year his son, Robert, was born, he opened his own legal practice.  He has handled many different kinds of cases and legal issues, from public defense to arbitration to probate, and currently as a litigator in civil law.

Public service to the community has been a hallmark of Lenny's life.  He has over 17 years experience in local government.  He has served on several boards in local government.  He has also drafted, lobbied for and testified on State legislation.

Public Office Experience:
